Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We deliver our items safely in Romania trough Fan Courier with an approximate delivery time of 5-7 business days for a tax of 24 RON
Some none EU countries are shipped with DHL with an approximate delivery time of 6-10 business days.
After dispatch, your order will arrive within 5-7 business days.
Please note weekend days are not business days. Please allow up to 1 business day for processing.
Please note that transit times are measured at the point of dispatch.
Generally orders are dispatched 1-2 business days after order is confirmed.
After your parcel has dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes tracking details. Simply click on the link provided to track your order.
If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We process orders quickly, and once our warehouse has processed your order we will be unable to make changes. Once orders have been confirmed in our system they are unable to be cancelled.
At times delays can occur which are outside DADA Swim’s control, and which we are not responsible for. If you have a delayed parcel please reach out to the shipping carrier initially with your tracking number as they will have the most up to date information. Following this the customer care team can assist with any unanswered questions.

 

Returns 

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the tag.

 Return shipping is at customer expense. Please note all final sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Sale items, including items purchased with a discount of 15% or more are not eligible for exchange.

For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept returns that are worn or are soiled/stained.

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 

To complete your return, send an email to sinjorzdavina@gmail.com and include your name,order number and the products name. Once your return is authorised, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and return address via email.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery 

Refunds  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds  

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sinjorzdavina@gmail.com. 

Sale items  

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges  

We  replace items if they are defective,damaged or if they are not the right size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or a different item send us an email at sinjorzdavina@gmail.com 
Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
